SICS Residential Foundations use no concrete except the footing. Designed and manufactured to meet the needs of your specific project, the combined steel and EPS system provides both structure and insulation, providing R28 effective wall performance in as minimal as 8” thick wall sections.

Other standard systems can provide up to R60 insulation values, and all systems arrive precut with required accessories for fast and simple installation in time frames as short as a single day.
